Apex delivered structural solutions for a significant transformation of a Queenslander involving house-raising, extension, and a pool installation. The project site featured a slope, and the client sought an open undercroft below the new extension. We engineered sub-floor bracing systems to maintain lateral stability while preserving the open space below. Our scope also included pool foundation integration, retaining strategies, and coordination with architectural planning for unobstructed views and open lawn zones.
