The architectural vision called for a monolithic concrete pool with a fascia profile aligned with the home’s form. Apex developed structural solutions to achieve this alignment while simplifying construction sequencing. Key challenges included cantilevered edge detailing, waterproofing support, and slab-edge coordination with external finishes.
