This project involved the full structural redesign of an existing Queenslander home, including house-raising, slab-on-ground construction beneath, and a new rear extension. Apex provided framing layouts, footing design, and connection detailing to allow for a clean structural interface between old and new works. The team resolved issues related to load transfer, retaining interaction, and new floor level integration — all while maintaining construction simplicity.
